Construction Equipment Solutions & Complete Project Packages

Sinoreal supplies more than individual machines. We coordinate bulldozers and motor graders, diesel power and lighting, and container accommodation into staged packages that follow how a remote project is built — prepare the land, power the site, house the crew, or take all three as one turnkey package.
How We Organize Your Supply

Equipment sequenced to how your project unfolds

Remote projects rarely stall for want of a single machine. They stall because land preparation, power and accommodation come from different suppliers on different timelines. We organize equipment into three stages that match the order it is needed on site — each available separately, or together.

01

Site Preparation

Clear, grade and level the ground, then build access roads and working platforms before equipment and crews arrive.

Equipment  Bulldozers  ·  Motor Graders

02

Power & Lighting

Generate reliable off-grid power from day one and light the site for safe night work and perimeter security.

03

Site Accommodation

Give operators and crews a fast, comfortable base — wired and ready to run on the power we supply.

Equipment  Container Houses  ·  Camp Facilities

TURNKEY · ONE SUPPLIER

The Complete Project Package

All three stages as a single purchase order with one lead time, matched power loads and a consolidated shipment plan — so the machines, power and housing arrive compatible and in the order your site needs them.

What is included

  • ✓Bulldozers and motor graders matched to terrain and scope
  • ✓Diesel generators sized to the camp and equipment load
  • ✓Mobile light towers for night work and site security
  • ✓Flat-pack, expandable or folding container houses
  • ✓Matched cabling and switchgear
  • ✓Container & RoRo shipping coordination and export documents
How the Three Connect

One connected system, not three separate orders

Each stage depends on the next. Sizing and sequencing them together removes idle machines, dark sites and rework.

Site Preparation → Accommodation

Machines need operators — operators need housing

Dozers and graders run in shifts, so crews need on-site accommodation close to the work area instead of long daily commutes.

Accommodation → Power

Houses need power — generators supply it

Container rooms, kitchens, offices and communications need reliable off-grid electricity from the first day on site.

Power → Lighting

Night work needs light — towers run on that power

Mobile light towers, powered by the same generator sets, extend productive hours and secure the site perimeter after dark.

Sized together, by design — power, light and shelter are matched as one system, so nothing is underpowered, over-specified or left waiting on another supplier.

Solutions by Industry

The same package, configured for your industry

The preparation–power–accommodation sequence stays the same; the mix changes with terrain, climate, crew size and schedule.
Linear sites with mobile crews — graders for sub-base and formation, rolling accommodation and night lighting for tight schedules.

→

Long corridors and embankments — dozers and graders for sub-grade, with relocatable camps, power and lighting moving with the track.

→

Tough terrain and haul-road maintenance, larger prime-power generator fleets and durable camps for remote, long-running sites.

→

Right-of-way access roads, pad leveling and trench backfill, prime/backup power and accommodation built to energy standards.

→

Embankment and slope work, irrigation canals and multi-year remote sites needing stable power, lighting and crew housing.

→

Grading and access for thermal, solar and wind sites, plus off-grid power and camps before any grid connection exists.

→

Large-area precision grading and land formation, with early temporary power and housing for greenfield sites.

→

Logging and farm roads, land clearing, field leveling and firebreaks, with seasonal camps and irrigation power.

→

Rapid-deploy shelter, generators and light towers for disaster response, refugee camps and remote bases where infrastructure is absent.

→

From Factory to Site

One point of contact, end to end

Equipment matching & sizing

Machine specs, generator capacity and camp layout sized to your site and crew.

2

Inspection & QC welcome

Factory visits, VR tours and third-party inspection before shipment.

3

Export logistics handled

FOB / CIF / DDP terms with container, RoRo and bulk-vessel coordination.

4

Warranty parts by air

Frequently Asked Questions

How packaged supply works, from sizing and sequencing to shipping and documentation.

Both. Every product line is available on its own — bulldozers, motor graders, generator sets, light towers or container houses. The Complete Project Package is an option for customers who want the three stages matched, sized, sequenced and consolidated into one order.

We calculate the load from the accommodation units — HVAC, lighting, kitchen and office equipment — add site tools and a safety margin, then match light-tower coverage to the work area and required lux levels. Share your crew size and equipment list and we will size the system.

Yes. Container houses and smaller equipment are consolidated into standard containers, while dozers and graders ship by RoRo or bulk vessel, scheduled so site preparation arrives first, followed by power and accommodation. The sequence is confirmed against your project schedule.

Standard machines are typically ready within [XX] days; a fully configured package generally takes [XX–XX] weeks depending on quantities and housing specification. A delivery schedule is provided with every quotation.

Yes. Generators are configured for 50 Hz or 60 Hz and the voltage used in your country, and container houses and machines can be specified for tropical heat, dust, cold or high-altitude operation. Light towers are available in diesel or solar configurations.

Yes. We provide technical datasheets, capacity and emission details, CE/ISO documentation where applicable, layout suggestions and a complete export document pack for contractor and dealer tenders. Third-party inspection and factory visits are welcome.
